Mortenson Silver and Saddles has been in the business of providing customers with superior quality custom trophy buckles, custom saddles, and many other custom items since 1989.

Our finely crafted custom products are proudly used by local and international ranch families, celebrities, and champions from all walks of life.

Clint Mortenson grew up on a ranch in South Dakota, where his father, brother and he trained show horses. In 1992, Clint auditioned to be a rider for the new Disney theme park in Paris, France, landed a spot and spent a year in France working with horses and performing with other cast members in a variety of horseback roles.  Clint studied saddle making under Harry Adams. Clint’s custom trophy buckles are presented as awards at our local Rodeo de Santa Fe and international polo tournaments. 

Clint holds a degree in marketing and art.
